I have been an electrical contractor and state electrical inspector. I studied for about 100 hours using the regular codebook and I used this "handbook" as a reference. I was very disappointed in that almost every single time I had a question or something was unclear there was absolutely no reference to the "complex" issue. Rating: - Very Good Reference Book for ElectriciansThis book is fine, it was a little bit expensive though. Rating: - this is the top of the linethis is everything i would ask for in a code book. it has details and is very comprehensive. this code book is great for keeping everything up to code.in reality sometimes compromises need to be make for pratical sake, electical inspectors i've dealt with understand that too. sure follow the book to perfectlly in a test exam but in real life something are not going to be happening.
