 Rating:  - NYThis is one of the best guide of NYC that I ever used. If you plan to visit NYC, you have to buy it. You can find good restaurants, great tips and a lot of unique and uncrowded places to visit. Rating:  - 1001 suggestions but didn't use many of them on a 4 day visitI tried to read this book, jumping around to this and that, but since this was a first family trip with kids many were not applicable, and others were just a bit too quirky or didn't grab me. The writing was great - very descriptive and evocative - and it gave me a great flavor of NYC before the trip so 3 stars for that. I really want to see the unicorn tapestry next visit though. Rating: - 1001 Best things to do in NYThis book is fabulous. It is well written and has things I never knew existed. The range of prices is good, there are new things I want to try. The verbiage gives an excellent description of what the venue is about.
