 Rating:  - Great stories about people with brain diseases!I had to read chapters of this book for a cognitive neuroscience class, but everywhere this book went, people had to look at it and read it. It's so interesting, it reads really fast, and you really can read it in pieces as I did. In fact, a lot of the chapters gets a bit repetitive, so I tended to skip around. Still, you get a really good feel for the patients and their experience, and what that may tell us about how the brain works. Fascinating!! Rating:  - WonderfulThis is an amazing book. It completely changes a reader's perspective on the study and practice of Neurology. While not every observation may yet be backed by research, the way that Dr Sacks approaches a problem is unique and inspiring.
