 Rating:  - good bookThis is a great book to understand how to have groups and the steps in understanding how. Rating:  - still waiting...It's been a month... where is my book? I don't know, I haven't gotten it yet. I've gotten the other book I bought in the same order, a used book. I have yet to see the new book. This is very disappointing.
