It is about the teen-aged Isabel, princess of Castilla, and her brother Enrique's contiual attemps to 'marry her off' to men she hates. In fact, at one point in the book, when Enrique's wife askes if she wants to wear this or that dress to her wedding, she says, 'I would rather wear a buarial shroud!' I've read it for 3 times and I never get bored with it. Even though I read it 3 years ago, it's still my favourite. It's the first book of The Royal Diaries that made me want to read the rest of the Royals..I should recommend this. It really brought me back to the past.
