![]() Rating: - For Secretors OnlyThis little booklet is wonderful in that it has all the foods listed, but if you're a nonsecretor, you have to go on the website and look up all the foods to see which ones are different from the secretor values. Then you have to hand-edit your copy. Examples: For a secretor, blueberries are neutral, but for a non, they're highly beneficial. For a secretor, pumpkin is an avoid, but for a non, it's neutral (thank goodness!). That was one star off. It lost another star for the price ...
