![]() Rating: - One of the greatest fantasy series everI am re-reading this series for the fourth time. It doesn't get anywhere near the level of credit that it deserves. Rating: - great bookAn excellent sci-fi/fantasy book. This book tells of adventures of a few survivors of a hibernation experiment that took them 500 years into the future of a post-nuclear world. They end up in the middle of a culture that is kind of a cross between Dark Ages monarchies and ancient Indian tribes. Female readers will enjoy the way the "good guys" empower their females to assume a full role in society. Rating: - The first book of a great trilogy.A post-apocalyptic heavy duty entertainer. What a great read. Great characterization, thought provoking story and best of all....soooo entertaining. Must read. And then get ready to follow-up with Wanderer and Witch. Buy them all at once, you won't be disappointed. What a great trilogy! Hoo-Rah. Rating: - Riviting!Rich characters, intense action scenes and thought provoking storyline - would make a fantastic movie! Couldn't put it down during the last battle scene! Rating: - This book deserves to be read!!!This is the one story of a post nuclear civilization, that had a believable backround, and a well followed story line. You won't be able to put this one down. It's the kind of tale that keeps you up nights. Semper Fi! |
