I have used this book several times in one of my therapy groups. It is one of my group's favorite books. The pictures are quite soothing. I recommend this book! Rating: - I am good enoughI love this book, and I have given it to so many friends who love it, too. I have memorized many of the affirmations, and they will be with me forever. The artwork is beautiful. Of course there will always be someone who doesn't agree. Depends on if you are "touch feely" or an "intellect". Just enjoy. I suppose you are meant to look at the paintings while thinking the affirmations.
