![]() Rating: - Good with a super endingI don't think this is one of Rendell's best Wexford novels but it does have a good plot, a diverse cast of characters and some thought-provoking material. If you enjoy Wexford novels then you'll be missing out if you don't read this one eventually, but it isn't one of my favourites. Read More Rating: - A completely unexpected outcomeThis was an enjoyable book because there were several possibilities presented, but the person who was responsible for murdering the victim was unexpected. I had no idea of where the case was headed and was surprised at the end. An excellent read. Ins. Wexford is a favorite.
