Read More Rating: - THE book for nursing care plansI received a copy of this book as a hand-me-down from another nursing student, and found that it was THE book to have when writing nursing care plans. It lists out medical diagnoses, then has the corresponding labs, recommended nursing diagnoses and interventions. I don't think I could've gotten through med-surg without it. I've looked through numerous other books on nursing care plans, but this book (and the corresponding version Mosby puts out for critical care nursing) is something I wouldn't think ...
