There is no point in updating with new editions, this book is hopeless and the world would be a better place if it was taken off the market. This book is req'd in my APRN patho class. I must say that all 40+ students hate this book. We have found MULTIPLE mistakes. Prime example: on pg. 363 the book is describing a scissor gait. It states, "The legs are abducted so they touch each other." This is just one of many outright mistakes the book makes.
