Everybody knows
Sylvester Stallone from the
Rocky and Rambo movies, and the great
physical conditioning he undergoes for his
movies. Even now in his 60’s he looks better
than most guys half his age. I found this video
clip of Stallone detailing some of the exercises
he does for his abs.

Recently, I had a virus that just wouldn’t go away
on my computer. It caused my Windows OS to not be
able to perform updates. It caused some malware
programs I downloaded to not work, and even after I
got some software that did work it would replicate
itself.
Now I had an anti-virus spy sweeper program that I
thought made me safe, but unfortunately it wasn’t
enough. It took no less than 5 different software
programs to rid myself of this virus. At least I
hope it’s gone. No signs of it in the last few days,
but these things are sneaky.
History of DVD Recorders
A DVD recorder (also known as a
DVDR, mainly outside of the UK and Ireland), is
an optical disc recorder that records video onto
blank writeable DVD media. Such devices are
available as either installable drives for computers
or as standalone components for use in studios or
home theater systems.
